Experience Allowances
1) 0-60 experience
or less
All players are required to start with a Neonate character. A
single Player may have up to three Vampires or Ghouls (you
cannot play your own Ghoul), they may not share Clan or Covenant
(they may all be unaligened). However all characters must be
submitted to the venue ST before IC posting may begin.
No more then 45% of your XP may be spent on Disciplines and
Bloodpotency.
2) Mainstream- 61-160 experience or less
{LOCKED UNTIL THE PLAYER HAS PROVEN THEY CAN PLAY A
NEONATE FOR A TIME PERIOD OF THE VAMPIRE STAFF'S CHOOSING)
A mainstream character is older and more experienced then an
instant play. This type of character may have lived in the city
for a long time or may have an extensive background in another
city. A Player may have two Mainstream Vampires.
Mainstream characters may have restricted items, but they also
require a background and ST approval.
No more then 45% of your XP may be spent on Disciplines and
Bloodpotency. The book does state your BP goes up the longer
your alive and the more times you happen to diablerize somebody
that is of higher potency then you. THIS DOES NOT HOWEVER make
it that you do not need to spend xp to reflect this.
3) Elder- 161-300 xp or less
{LOCKED UNTIL THE PLAYER HAS PROVEN THEY CAN PLAY A
MAINSTREAM FOR A TIME PERIOD OF THE VAMPIRE STAFF'S CHOOSING)
An Elder character is usually on that has established herself in
the city or has just been around for a few centuries. Each
player may have only one Elder Vampire.
This type of character may have items from the Restricted list
but the character must have an extensive background. We are not
demanding an explanation of every single dot on your character
sheet, but we do wish that you give it your all.
