The first meeting of Sacramento's new Consilium, hosted at the Citizen's Hotel on 04 April 2009[1].

Consilium

Andrade began the Consilium by announcing her appointment to Hierarch to replace the late Peter Cartright as well as the appointments to the other Consilium positions. As its first formal act, the Consilium sentenced Niles Plotski to have his connection to his Watchtower severed for his membership in the Cult of the Doomsday Clock. Andrade then asked if any wished to have their Cabal recognized. No one answered.
