Background

Not much is known about Duncan except he would do anything for his son, a young boy called Lyle, whom he saved from his fetch when he escaped from his Keeper a few years ago. Fleeing their home in San Jose, Duncan and Lyle settled in Sacramento where the Elemental tried to avoid freehold politics as much as possible.

This was easier said than done when Lyle was kidnapped by Loyalists who wished to target the former Spring Sovereign, King Crunk. Duncan, branded upon his chest by the mark of the Ear, was discovered by several members of his fellow Summer Courtiers, whom rescued Lyle. Ever since then, Duncan has once again faded to the edge of the freehold until being approached by Mr. Bates to manage the 4Seasons' spa and gym area, as well as acting as occasional lifeguard in the pool, which he hates given the temperature of the damn place. However, the gym is forever cold, the air conditioning on full blast whenever Duncan is on duty.

Description

As a snowskin, Duncan is paler than most with crisp blue eyes, short spiky blonde hair tipped with icicles and a particular fondness for air condition; the colder the better. With a heavy frame and a muscled physique, Duncan can hold his own and loves healthy competition, a spark of excitement when a challenge is thrown down, and yet Duncan tries to avoid the spotlight as much as possible, glad to fade into the background once a job's done. His mantle is but a steady flow of vapour that emanates constantly from his head, much like ice that is melting.
