Katie moved to Sacramento a few months back, making her presence known to the locals when she came to the Four Seasons Hotel asking for help. The redhead recruited the help of Rook and a few others, when she told them she had come looking for her friend Sandra, who had gone missing a few weeks back. She currently resides in the souther region of the city, just outside the boundaries of the Freehold. When folks are around her, they can feel a faint warmth radiating from her, and feel as if their hearts were beating just a tad bit faster than usual.
