Biography
Mateo stands 5'8 not very tall, but neither short, he makes up for this lack of height with having the build of a tank. Weighing in at 230 lbs, and having worked as a blacksmith nearly his entire life, muscular would be an understatement when speaking about him. His entire left side of his body, and most of his upper back is covered in tribal style tattoos, with runes interspersed showing Tribe, Auspice, and other things. The tribal designs also make the shapes of werewolves in different forms, spider-people on his left calf, and what appears to be a cluster of rats all connected by the tail fanning out from his elbow.
He typically wears a wifebeater shirt and some hole-in-knee jeans. His skin is a light tan, and features immediately register as Latin in origin. His short spiked hair is raven black, with a small patch of white in the front.
His wolf forms are all solid black with a white stripe on the head and running to the shoulders.
Skunk's Smithing
On the corner of Camelia Ave. and Carlson Dr. is a shop run by Mateo Benavides, a Florida native recently moved to Sacramento.
Coming from within is almost always heard the clanging of metal on metal, or the sound of metal being scraped by something. When you take a look inside, you'll see swords, axes, maces, hammers, spears, and many other medieval weaponry lining the walls for sale. The prices are decent and the weapons are all full-tang and "battle-ready" for all those diehard S.C.A. combat reenactors.
