Character Bio
Born in Bangor, Maine almost 23 years ago Matthew Kelly's parents had both died by the time he was two years old. Left in the care of his only living relative, a great aunt, Matt grew up to be a good student with dreams of becoming a crusading lawyer who would use the legal system to finally assist those who it had ignored and repressed. Armed with excellent grades, an idealistic desire and a very healthy trust fund established by the family he never knew, he went off to Cornell University to take the Ivy League by storm, and shockingly enough he did. Matt got in to a top Fraternity, impressed his professors, was a kick ass debater and by the second semester of his junior year no longer wondered if he would be admitted to a good law school but had faced the choice of which one to pick. Then one late February evening things took a rather unexpected turn...
