Rumors on the street, and frequent fliers know that the place is owned and operated by Jammer, and that Jamms likes to keep things on the discrete side. Often a source of information, rumor mill has it that Jammer uses it to draw in malcontent Awakened and turn them over to Zilker. It sure would explain his stature with the Pentacle bigwigs.
