Made a new one - Template:Merits - West 18:16, 10 December 2011 (CST)
General
See: Template:Footer, which replaces splatpagebottom. This should be easier to type and more self explanatory so users don't delete them. I've built the splatpagetop into the Character page template and also made a Template:Header. This will keep the pages from rearranging when they're Edited With Form.
