Tonight is Vanilla night at the the Asylum. Its the night when those curious folks might, who have always thought about the Asylum, or wondered about the Asylum, actually may turn up. Its the night when faux thrill seekers turn up just to say they did. The regulars call it amateur night.

Its the night when the BDSM knob is turned down to two or three instead of its normal eleven. The kink is just is straightened out, or left with a small bend.

Tonight is the Subculture party. All guests of The Asylum are asked to show up dressed in the style of a subculture. Could be anything from Goth to Zombie, from Steampunk to Teddy Boy, from Lolita Fashion to Zozou. Whatever you want or however you want, but it has to fit into some kind of subculture, and if it happens to be just a touch sexualized... well... all the better.^[1]

Happenings

• Jacqui Cotouri and Amelita Cardoso talk about being new in town and who Amelita Cardoso works for who arrives and they decide to go meet her. Jacqui Cotouri asks Ariana Donovan for a job, to which Amelita Cardoso corrects her on where they work. Luckily Conner Greyson was there listening and gave Jacqui Cotouri contact information.

• Anton Flores and Yuki Saito discussed what it was like in the past and how it was not much different from the present, just more out in the open.

• Daniella Sage dropped her Mask suddenly while she spoke to Lance and they both planned to talk in the future.

• Ciara Maskelyne and Asa Clarke met Daniella Sage which brought up sudden reveals not only regarding the choice of costuming. Daniella Sage had a slight slip which Ciara Maskelyne covered nicely and offered to help Daniella Sage plan for future events such as the current one.

• Ciara Maskelyne and Asa Clarke first discussed their attire for the evening, then moved on to discussing Ms Scherbotsky briefly

• Riley, Anasztaz and Conner Greyson meet and go through introductions. Conner Greyson asks how his stay was as Anasztaz informed him the renovations had been completed, to which Conner Greyson asks for the keys back.

• Back at the bar; Jacqui Cotouri and Amelita Cardoso began talking about people they knew who had either just arrived or were in conversations. A trip to the ladies room to discuss a former friend to return to have a visit from Yuki Saito Saito. What started as a joke about dominatrix turned into something Yuki Saito took offense to and moved to speak with Martha Villiers Villiers. Jacqui Cotouri and Amelita Cardoso resumed their conversation and discussed Amelita Cardoso’s birthday as Conner Greyson joined in the conversation.

• Yuki Saito found Martha Villiers to warrant a complaint about Jacqui Cotouri stating that she was offended and wanted to extract Jacqui Cotouri’s tongue. Martha Villiers told Yuki Saito that she would further look into this issue and then Yuki Saito dropped her case.

• Asa Clarke and Ciara Maskelyne met up with Daniella Sage

• Alice Brown and Martha Villiers first discussed wardrobes to which Max Heinz joined and was also able to comment on such attire and Alice Brown suggested Max Heinz wear his outfit on a normal basis. Katrina Scherbotsky also slipped into the discussion and told Alice Brown about the VIP room situation at Club Ember.

• Ariana Donovan moved to talk to Dillon Connery and she helped him to get a little more acquainted in the city by pointing out friends and family. Some conversation about cultures and what to do in the city also continued.

• Dillon Connery found Katrina Scherbotsky and quickly discussed some family affairs before leaving for the evening.

• Martha Villiers and Yuki Saito continued some small talk at the bar as Asa Clarke joined them briefly and then sought other opportunities at the party.
